Apple made a small change to their bluetooth stack in iOS 16. Some users have upgrade to iOS 16 already without a problem, but other users are reporting they can no longer connect to their Tracers. We updated our software to be fully compatible with iOS 16. The new software is already available on the App Store.
We strongly recommend that you update your app and the firmware on your Tracers before you update to iOS 16. Please follow the instructions on this page.
And don't panic if you already updated to iOS 16. There is a section in the instructions just for you. And please reach out to us if you have any issues. Thanks for your patience.
